EBC S8KF1299 Stage Extra Duty Brake Kit with GD Rotors - 8

The EBC S8KF1299 Stage 8 brake kit delivers extreme stopping power for trucks, SUVs, and off-road vehicles operating under demanding conditions. This complete kit combines EBC's Extra Duty brake pads with dimpled and slotted GD-series rotors for superior braking performance in the most challenging situations.

Extra Duty Brake Pads:

• Constructed using carbon granule-based extra-duty material for smooth, powerful braking
• Operates effectively at cold temperatures and resists fade at high temperatures up to 1,400°F
• Features patented EBC Brake-in coating for faster bedding and optimal performance
• Includes piston insert insulating shims to eliminate noise and vibration
• V-shaped grooves promote better cooling and pad degassing
• NRS hook attachment system prevents pad separation for longer life

GD-Series Dimpled and Slotted Rotors:

• High-quality gray steel construction with black GEOMET anti-rust coating
• Wide aperture slot pattern pulls cool air through rotors, reducing temperatures up to 200°F
• Slots remove dust, dirt, and debris for consistent pad-to-rotor contact
• Dimpled design allows brake pad degassing without the cracking issues of drilled rotors
• Fully balanced and run-out tested for smooth, vibration-free braking

This Stage 8 kit is designed for direct bolt-on installation and includes caliper lube. Ideal for heavy-duty trucks, towing applications, and off-road vehicles that demand maximum braking performance and reliability.
