Asco AH2E212S 120V Hydramotor Actuator with Proof of Closure

The Asco AH2E212S is a push-type, self-contained electrohydraulic linear actuator designed for precise gas valve control in commercial and industrial applications. This 120V actuator extends when powered and retracts by spring force upon power interruption, providing fail-safe operation for critical combustion control systems.

Key Features:

• Fast opening operation with 14 seconds maximum opening time
• Rapid closing response of one second or less for enhanced safety
• Integrated proof of closure switch for verified valve position feedback
• General purpose NEMA 1 enclosure for standard installations
• 220 VA maximum power requirement
• Operating temperature range: -40°F to 150°F
• Compatible with ASCO V710 gas valve bodies

This actuator is ideal for boilers, furnaces, ovens, and all types of industrial and commercial burners where reliable main line gas control is essential. The proof of closure feature provides a factory-set, non-field adjustable SPDT switch to confirm valve position. When mounted to a V710 gas valve, position indicators on both sides clearly show the open or closed status of the valve.

Certifications: UL listed to standard 429, FM approved to Class 7400, CSA certified to ANSI Z21.21 and CGA 3.9 for automatic gas safety shutoff valves.
