Amana-Goodman 0162L00113 Liquid Line Filter Drier

The Amana-Goodman 0162L00113 is a genuine OEM liquid line filter drier designed for residential and light commercial air conditioning and heat pump systems. This critical component protects the refrigeration system by removing moisture, acid, dirt, solder flux, and metal particles from the refrigerant as it flows from the condenser to the evaporator.

Key Features:

• Genuine Amana-Goodman OEM replacement part for reliable fit and performance
• Installed in the liquid line between the condenser and expansion device
• Molecular sieve desiccant core absorbs moisture to prevent ice formation and acid buildup
• Mechanical filtration removes contaminants that can damage compressor and expansion valve
• Essential for system protection during new installations, repairs, and compressor replacements
• Compatible with R-410A and other common refrigerants used in Amana-Goodman equipment

Filter driers are a critical wear component that should be replaced whenever the refrigeration system is opened for service. Installing a new filter drier helps ensure optimal system performance, prevents costly component failures, and extends equipment life by maintaining clean, dry refrigerant throughout the system.
