The TRC 55666623 is a 100-foot spool of 16-gauge GPT (General Purpose Thermoplastic) automotive primary wire in black. This high-quality electrical wire is manufactured by Southwire using stranded bare or tinned copper conductors with durable PVC insulation, providing reliable electrical connections for automotive, marine, RV, and powersports applications.

Key Features:

• 16 AWG (American Wire Gauge) stranded copper construction for flexibility and conductivity
• SAE J1128 GPT rated for automotive and low-voltage applications
• PVC insulation provides protection against abrasion, moisture, and chemicals
• 100-foot bulk spool allows for custom length cuts and multiple installations
• Manufactured in the USA by Southwire, a trusted name in wire and cable for nearly 70 years
• Suitable for 12-volt automotive electrical systems, lighting circuits, and accessory wiring

This versatile primary wire is ideal for automotive wiring repairs, custom electrical installations, trailer wiring, and general-purpose low-voltage applications. The stranded copper design offers superior flexibility compared to solid wire, making it easier to route through tight spaces and around corners. The black insulation color makes it perfect for ground circuits or applications where black wire is specified.
