Carrillo M4025 CP Project X Pro Piston Kit 96mm Standard Bore 13.8:1

The CP-Carrillo M4025 is a Project X Pro Series piston kit engineered for high-performance and racing applications. Featuring a 96mm standard bore and a high-compression 13.8:1 ratio, this piston kit is built to deliver maximum power output while maintaining exceptional durability under extreme operating conditions.

CP-Carrillo's Project X Pro pistons are the result of years of research, development, and testing conducted alongside top OEM and motorsport partners. A defining feature of these pistons is the advanced pin bore treatment process — rather than conventional honing, CP-Carrillo uses proprietary machines and processes to create precise shapes and forms inside the pin bore area, allowing the wrist pin to flex while significantly reducing stress concentrations in one of the most loaded regions of the piston.

Key Features:

• 96mm standard bore diameter for a precise factory-spec fit
• 13.8:1 compression ratio optimized for high-performance and racing use
• Proprietary Project X Pro pin bore stress-relief process increases durability without sacrificing weight
• Forged from high-strength aluminum alloy and manufactured in the USA at CP-Carrillo's Irvine, California facility
• Designed and tested with high-end OEM companies and race teams for proven real-world performance
• Dramatically increased part durability while meeting and exceeding horsepower requirements
