CP-Carrillo M4010A Project X Pro Piston Kit 95.5mm 13.0:1 Standard Bore 449cc

The CP-Carrillo M4010A is a high-performance Project X Pro forged piston kit featuring a 95.5mm standard bore diameter, 13.0:1 compression ratio, and 62.8mm stroke for a displacement of 449cc. Engineered for demanding powersports racing applications, this piston kit delivers the precision, strength, and durability that top-level competitors require.

At the heart of the Project X Pro design is CP-Carrillo's advanced pin bore processing technology. Rather than conventional honing, proprietary machines shape the pin bore area to allow the wrist pin to flex under load while simultaneously relieving stress — a critical advantage since the pin bore is one of the highest-stress regions in any performance piston.

Key Features:

• Bore: 95.5mm (standard bore)
• Compression Ratio: 13.0:1 (high-compression)
• Stroke: 62.8mm
• Displacement: 449cc
• Project X Pro advanced pin bore stress-relief technology
• Forged construction using CP-Carrillo's proprietary X-style forging for superior strength and reduced weight
• Includes oversize valve reliefs — compatible with oversize valves and high-lift camshafts
• Full-radius dome design with high-performance piston rings and lightweight piston pin
• Kit includes piston, rings, wrist pin, and circlips
• Manufactured in Irvine, California, USA

CP-Carrillo pistons are engineered using sophisticated computer modeling and precision 5-axis CNC machining to deliver optimum performance in powersports and racing environments. The M4010A is built to withstand high RPM, elevated cylinder pressures, and extreme heat cycles that standard OEM pistons cannot endure.
