Carrillo M3023C CP Pistons M Series Powersports Forged Piston Kit

The Carrillo M3023C is a high-performance forged piston kit from CP-Carrillo's M Series, engineered for powersports applications. Built to the same exacting standards as CP-Carrillo's race-proven product line, this kit delivers the strength and precision demanded by performance-oriented builds.

CP-Carrillo M Series piston kits are manufactured from forged aluminum using the brand's proprietary X-forging process, which minimizes weight and friction without sacrificing structural integrity. Each kit includes the piston, wrist pin, locks, and rings — everything needed for a complete installation.

Key Features:

• Forged aluminum construction for superior strength-to-weight ratio
• X-forging design reduces friction and mass while maintaining durability
• Floating wrist pin style for smooth operation under high loads
• Gas nitrided steel top ring for enhanced wear resistance
• Cast iron second ring for reliable sealing performance
• Nitride-coated stainless steel oil ring for long service life
• Wrist pin retainers included
• Kit includes piston, pin, locks, and rings
• Manufactured in the USA at CP-Carrillo's Irvine, California facility
