Carrillo M2029 Piston Kit 96mm 13.0:1 High-Performance Powersports

The Carrillo M2029 is a high-performance forged piston kit engineered for motocross and off-road competition. Featuring a 96mm standard bore and an elevated 13.0:1 compression ratio, this kit delivers a meaningful bump in power and throttle response over the stock piston assembly. With a 62.1mm stroke and 449cc displacement, it maintains factory bore dimensions while extracting more performance from the engine.

CP-Carrillo manufactures this piston using sophisticated computer modeling and precision 5-axis CNC machining to achieve an optimum lightweight design without sacrificing strength or dimensional accuracy. All CP-Carrillo pistons are fully machined from high-quality forged aluminum and built in their state-of-the-art facility in Irvine, California.
