Product Details

The Briggs & Stratton 691834 Governor Spring is a genuine OEM replacement part designed to maintain proper engine speed control on small engines. This spring works with the governor system to regulate throttle position and ensure consistent engine performance under varying loads.

Key Features:

  • Genuine Briggs & Stratton OEM part for guaranteed fit and quality
  • Critical component of the engine governor system
  • Helps maintain stable engine RPM during operation
  • Direct replacement for worn or damaged governor springs
  • Precision-manufactured to OEM specifications

Governor springs are subject to wear and fatigue over time, which can result in erratic engine speed, surging, or poor throttle response. Replacing a worn governor spring with this genuine Briggs & Stratton part restores proper governor function and engine performance. This spring is commonly used on various Briggs & Stratton small engines found in lawn mowers, pressure washers, generators, and other outdoor power equipment.

A friend

First order experience was great. Received the day after I ordered. I ordered the very same item on Jul 21st, got a shipping notification and tracking number but the item appears to be stalled somewhere. I need it sooner rather than later. I have spoken with customer service via telephone call and online chat, but not getting much of a response from either. Appreciate someone looking into it as I need this item quickly. Thanks, Tim.

Quickly found what I needed & priced right!

First time using this business and will continue if all goes well, excited

Very quick and easy. Fair prices. Quality parts
