Carli Suspension CS-FLTB-23-45 Long Travel Air Bag System 4.5" Lift

The Carli Suspension Long Travel Air Bag System is engineered to maximize rear suspension performance on lifted Ram trucks with 4.5" lift systems. Designed for the 4.5" axle diameter configuration, this system provides exceptional load support while maintaining full articulation and ride quality.

Key Features:

• Supports up to 12 inches of rear suspension travel for maximum articulation
• 2,000 pound capacity per air bag at maximum 100 PSI inflation
• Restores factory payload capacity to trucks with full progressive spring packs
• Compatible with manual fill systems or onboard air compressor setups
• Includes lower mount bracket (CS-FLTB-17-BTM-45) and upper air bag assembly (CS-FLTB-23-UPR)

This air bag system is ideal for truck owners who need to maintain proper ride height and handling characteristics when towing or hauling heavy loads. The adjustable air pressure allows you to fine-tune support based on payload, while the long-travel design ensures the suspension can cycle freely over rough terrain without binding or limiting articulation.
