The Carli Suspension XHD Full Replacement Leaf Spring Kit is designed for 2011-2016 Ford F250/F350 4x4 trucks that carry a constant 2,000-pound load in the bed. This heavy-duty spring pack is engineered specifically for pop-up campers like the Four Wheel Campers Hawk, as well as medium-weight bed campers, tool boxes, welding setups, and other substantial constant loads.

Important Installation Notes:

This is NOT a leaf spring pack designed to run unloaded - it requires the 2,000-pound load to sit at the intended height and properly function. Due to the heavier spring rate and higher center of gravity operation, Carli recommends 2.5-inch remote reservoir shocks with custom shock tuning for optimal control and ride quality, such as the Pintop King 2.5-inch shocks available in both gas and diesel XHD applications.
