Carrier EA660008 Thermostatic Expansion Valve (TXV) with Insulation

The Carrier EA660008 is a factory OEM Thermostatic Expansion Valve (TXV) with pre-applied insulation, designed for use in Carrier residential and commercial HVAC systems. The TXV is a critical refrigerant metering component that precisely regulates the flow of refrigerant into the evaporator coil, optimizing system efficiency and maintaining consistent cooling performance across varying load conditions.

Key Features:

• Genuine Carrier OEM replacement TXV ensuring proper fit and function
• Includes factory-applied insulation to minimize heat transfer and condensation
• Precisely meters refrigerant flow to the evaporator for optimal system efficiency
• Helps maintain correct superheat levels for reliable, consistent operation
• Engineered to meet original equipment specifications for Carrier systems
• Direct drop-in replacement, reducing installation time and complexity

Replacing a failed or underperforming TXV with a genuine Carrier EA660008 helps restore full system capacity and energy efficiency. The included insulation wrap protects the valve body and connected tubing, preventing condensation and heat gain that can negatively impact refrigerant metering accuracy.
