The Carli Suspension E-Venture Electronics and Hardware Kit is the electronic brain and control system for Carli's advanced intelligent suspension systems. This comprehensive electronics package transforms your suspension into an adaptive system that reads and reacts to terrain conditions 250 times per second, delivering unmatched ride quality on any surface.

What's Included:

• Electronic Control Unit (ECU) - the "brain" that processes sensor data through Carli's proprietary algorithm
• IMU (Inertial Measurement Unit) sensor - engine-mounted sensor that detects vehicle pitch and roll
• In-cab touchscreen controller - user-friendly interface that mounts in place of grab handle bolt cover
• Communication harness - connects OBDII port, touchscreen, IMU sensor, and shock wiring to ECU
• Complete wiring harnesses for system integration

How It Works:

The E-Venture system gathers data from the engine-mounted IMU sensor and factory sensors via the OBDII port, including brake pressure, throttle position, steering angle, and vehicle speed. The ECU processes this information and actively adjusts shock damping to anticipate and respond to terrain changes, maintaining optimal chassis control and comfort.

Drive Modes:

• Mountain Mode (Rock-Crawl) - softest setting for technical terrain
• Street Mode - balanced for highway and daily driving
• Desert Mode - firmest setting for high-speed off-road
• Pro Mode - allows custom adjustment of pitch, roll, brake, throttle, and steering response sensitivity
