Product Details

The Wiseco 1585CS high-performance piston kit is designed for 40.25mm cylinder bores, providing maximum strength and reliability for small-displacement engines. This single-ring piston configuration offers excellent sealing and reduced friction for optimized power delivery.

Key Features:

  • Forged from high-silicon aluminum alloy for exceptional strength and heat resistance
  • Single-ring design reduces friction and weight while maintaining excellent compression sealing
  • Innovative forging design and optimized piston skirt geometry maximize horsepower and torque
  • Complete kit includes piston, ring, wrist pin, and circlips
  • Precision-machined to exact tolerances for reliable fitment and performance

Important: This is an oversized piston (40.25mm) and requires proper cylinder boring or sleeving for installation. Professional installation and proper engine preparation are recommended to ensure optimal performance and longevity.

Fast shipping great customer service

The ordering process was very smooth, order processing was very quick, the big fault in the process was the transportation for final delivery.
