Namura Technologies NW-40000-2 Piston Kit +0.50mm Oversized 82.50mm Bore Yamaha PWC

The Namura Technologies NW-40000-2 is a premium piston kit designed for Yamaha personal watercraft engines, featuring a +0.50mm oversize bore of 82.50mm. This complete kit provides everything needed for a professional engine rebuild, including an individually wrapped piston, OEM-quality ring set, wrist pin, and circlips.

Advanced Piston Features:

• MOS2 Coated Skirts: Rolled-on Teflon/Molybdenum coating creates a bond 10 times stronger than spray-on alternatives, enhancing heat transfer, reducing friction, and preventing cold seizures
• Machined Smooth Head: Precision-machined crown reflects combustion heat and minimizes carbon buildup, potentially increasing horsepower and fuel economy by up to 6%
• Anodized Dome: Hard anodizing treatment increases heat resistance and structural integrity, making the piston 75% stronger than non-anodized designs
• Hypereutectic Construction: High silicon content casting process delivers reduced thermal expansion, superior wear resistance, and enhanced ability to withstand extreme cylinder temperatures

Complete Kit Includes:

• High-performance piston (82.50mm bore)
• Premium piston ring set
• Wrist pin
• Circlips
• OE-spec gaskets (select applications)

Namura gaskets are manufactured to OE specifications using materials selected for their resistance to temperature extremes, oil, fuel, and coolant. All components are tested to ASTM standards and evaluated against strict quality-control requirements to meet or exceed OEM performance standards.
