Namura Technologies NW-10001-2R Piston Ring Kit for Sea-Doo PWC

The Namura Technologies NW-10001-2R piston ring kit is engineered specifically for Sea-Doo personal watercraft engines, providing a complete replacement ring set to restore compression and engine performance. This comprehensive kit includes both compression rings and oil control ring assemblies manufactured to OEM specifications.

Compression Ring Construction:

• Manufactured from highly ductile cast iron or stainless steel alloy for superior durability
• Advanced chrome, phosphate, or nitride coatings for enhanced wear resistance
• Precision-engineered to provide a gastight seal for optimal compression
• Designed to withstand the demanding marine environment and high RPM operation

Oil Ring Assembly:

• Three-piece design consisting of two scraper rails and one expansion ring
• Scraper rails constructed from ductile cast iron or stainless steel with protective coatings
• Stainless steel expansion ring ensures consistent tension and oil control
• Precision-fit components work together to regulate oil consumption and prevent cylinder wall glazing

Namura Technologies piston rings are manufactured using advanced metallurgy and coating technologies to meet the extreme demands of two-stroke and four-stroke PWC engines. This ring kit provides an economical alternative to OEM parts while maintaining strict quality standards for fit, finish, and performance.
