Product Details

The Stud Boy Shaper Bar represents the first major breakthrough in snowmobile wear bar technology since the 1950s. This innovative 9" carbide wear bar is specifically designed for Ski-Doo snowmobiles and features a revolutionary hourglass design that transforms steering performance and control.

Key Features:

  • Unique corner-carving hourglass design provides better control at speed with no increased steering effort
  • Hourglass shape catches snow from ski sides for more positive steering and improved tracking on trails
  • Average of 1-2" tighter turning radius in soft snow conditions
  • 20% lighter than conventional 1/2" diameter round wear bars
  • Zinc-plated construction for excellent corrosion resistance
  • Lifetime wear rate nearly equal to current round and square wear bar types
  • 9" carbide construction for superior durability and performance

Designed and tested by USI and manufactured by Stud Boy to exacting standards. Sold in pairs for complete ski setup.

Allays fast\shipping. plus the correct parts

Very good service, got my seats on Saturday after ordering on Wednesday. Very good quality. Very pleased.

Package shipped and arrived very quickly at a great price. Only suggestion would be to place the original packaging in an outer package as the box it arrived in appeared to be a little worn.

Nice easy website.

Clean site, great selection and beautiful products.
