Namura Technologies NW-20000-2 PWC Piston Kit for Kawasaki

The Namura Technologies NW-20000-2 is a high-performance piston kit designed for Kawasaki personal watercraft. This complete kit includes an individually wrapped piston, OEM-quality ring set, wrist pin, and circlips—everything needed for a professional rebuild.

Advanced Piston Technology:

• MOS2 Coated Skirts: Features a rolled-on Teflon/Molybdenum coating that bonds 10 times stronger than spray-on alternatives. This coating increases heat transfer, reduces friction, and helps eliminate cold seizures for reliable starts in all conditions.
• Machined Smooth Heads: Precision-machined piston heads reflect combustion heat and minimize carbon buildup, protecting the piston crown. Testing shows this design can increase horsepower and fuel economy by up to 6%.
• Anodized Domes: Hard anodizing increases heat resistance and durability, making these pistons 75% stronger than non-anodized alternatives for extended service life.
• Hypereutectic Construction: Advanced casting process delivers higher silicon content for reduced thermal expansion, superior wear resistance, and ability to withstand higher cylinder temperatures.

OEM-Quality Gaskets Included:

Namura gaskets are manufactured to OE specifications with materials selected for their temperature, oil, fuel, and coolant resistance. Each gasket is tested using ASTM standards and evaluated against rigid quality-control standards to ensure proper fitment without trimming and performance that meets or exceeds OEM standards.

Ideal for Kawasaki PWC engine rebuilds requiring reliable, high-performance components with professional-grade quality.
