Namura Technologies NX-12002-CK Complete Top End Rebuild Kit +0.02mm (53.96mm)

The Namura Technologies NX-12002-CK is a complete top end rebuild kit designed for Gas Gas motorcycles, featuring a +0.02mm oversize piston with a 53.96mm bore diameter. This comprehensive kit includes everything needed for a professional top end rebuild: piston, rings, wrist pin, clips, top end bearing, and complete gasket kit.

Advanced Piston Technology:

• MOS2 Coated Skirts: Teflon/Molybdenum coating applied through a rolled-on process creates a bond 10 times stronger than spray-on alternatives, increasing heat transfer, reducing friction, and eliminating cold seizures
• Machined Smooth Heads: Precision-machined crown reflects combustion heat and reduces carbon buildup while potentially increasing horsepower and fuel economy by up to 6%
• Anodized Domes: Hard anodized surface treatment increases heat resistance and durability, making the piston 75% stronger than non-anodized alternatives
• Hypereutectic Casting: Advanced casting process provides higher silicon content for reduced thermal expansion, improved wear resistance, and ability to withstand higher cylinder temperatures

This kit is ideal for restoring compression, power, and reliability to worn Gas Gas two-stroke engines. The +0.02mm oversize allows for cylinder boring to remove wear and scoring while maintaining proper piston-to-cylinder clearances.
