Cusco 627 540 A Type OS Rear Strut Bar

The Cusco 627 540 A is a Type OS rear strut tower bar engineered to reduce chassis flex and improve suspension geometry consistency under cornering loads. Cusco's strut bars are a cornerstone of their performance suspension lineup, designed to tie the rear strut towers together and minimize body roll-induced deflection.

Constructed from high-strength steel or aluminum (per Cusco's Type OS specification), this rear tower bar installs directly to the factory strut tower mounting points with no permanent modification required. The result is a more rigid chassis platform that allows the suspension to work as intended, improving steering response and overall handling precision.

Key Features:

• Type OS (Outrigger Style) design for optimized triangulation and rigidity
• Direct bolt-on installation — no drilling or cutting required
• High-strength construction for lasting durability under performance use
• Reduces chassis flex during hard cornering and braking
• Improves rear suspension geometry consistency
• Finished in Cusco's signature powder coat for corrosion resistance
• Manufactured in Japan to strict quality tolerances

Cusco is one of Japan's most respected manufacturers of performance suspension and chassis components, with decades of motorsport development backing their street and competition products. The 627 540 A strut bar is a direct upgrade for drivers seeking improved chassis rigidity and handling response.
