MOR/ryde RPB77-FD-05 Rubber Pin Box for Lippert Rhino Fifth Wheel

The MOR/ryde RPB77-FD-05 Rubber Pin Box is a direct replacement for Lippert Rhino pin boxes on fifth wheel trailers with a GVWR of 14,001 to 18,000 lbs. This premium pin box system transforms your towing experience by eliminating the harsh chucking and jerking commonly experienced when towing a fifth wheel trailer.

How It Works:

The MOR/ryde pin box system utilizes a unique rubber shear spring to positively deal with rough towing and road shock. The rubber spring works in a horizontal planar motion (in a longitudinal and lateral motion) to absorb the towing shock, effectively diminishing the transfer of forces from the trailer to the truck.

Key Features:

• Patented rubber shear spring with back and forth movement up to 3 inches and side to side movement up to 1.5 inches
• Chuck-free, jerk-free starts and stops
• Provides a smoother, more comfortable in-cab ride
• Unlike air bags, the internal rubber spring requires no maintenance
• Fatigue tested to CSA standards for reliability
• Minimizes wear and tear on both your RV and tow vehicle
• Direct bolt-on replacement for Lippert Rhino pin boxes

Installation:

The RPB77-FD-05 is designed as a direct replacement and installs using the existing mounting holes and hardware from your factory pin box. Due to the weight of the unit, assistance is recommended during installation. All mounting hardware should be torqued to manufacturer specifications for safe operation.

The internal rubber shear spring in this pin box is optimized for trailers that range from 14,001 to 18,000 lbs to ensure that it provides just the right amount of shock absorption for your application. Upgrade your towing setup and experience the difference that thousands of satisfied fifth wheel owners have discovered with MOR/ryde's innovative Rubber Pin Box system.
