Dorman 601-342 Radiator Shutter Assembly for Select Lincoln Models

The Dorman 601-342 is a direct-fit replacement radiator shutter assembly designed for select Lincoln vehicles. The active grille shutter system plays a critical role in engine thermal management and aerodynamic efficiency by automatically opening and closing louvers to regulate airflow through the front grille and across the radiator.

When the engine is cold or at highway speeds where aerodynamic drag matters, the shutters close to reduce air resistance and improve fuel economy. As the engine reaches operating temperature or requires additional cooling, the shutters open to allow maximum airflow. A failed or stuck shutter assembly can trigger warning lights, reduce fuel efficiency, and cause engine overheating.

Key Features:

• Direct OE replacement — engineered to match original equipment fit, form, and function
• Restores proper airflow regulation for optimized engine cooling
• Helps maintain fuel efficiency by reducing aerodynamic drag when cooling demand is low
• Built to Dorman's OE FIX standards with improvements over the original design where applicable
• Includes all necessary hardware for installation
• Tested for durability and long-term reliability
