Sensus 143-IRV-HP-3/4 Gas Pressure Regulator 2-6 PSIG 3/4" NPT

The Sensus 143-IRV-HP-3/4 is a high-performance gas pressure regulator designed for residential and commercial applications requiring precise pressure control. This regulator features a 1/2" orifice and is equipped with a black spring calibrated for 2-6 PSIG outlet pressure range, making it ideal for natural gas and LP gas distribution systems.

Key Features:

• 2-6 PSIG outlet pressure range with black spring configuration
• 1/2" orifice size for optimal flow capacity
• 3/4" NPT threaded connections for standard pipe fitting
• IRV-HP (Internal Relief Valve - High Pressure) design for enhanced safety
• Durable construction suitable for indoor and outdoor installations
• Compact body design for easy installation in tight spaces

The 143 series regulators from Sensus are known for their reliability and consistent performance in gas distribution systems. The internal relief valve provides automatic overpressure protection, venting excess pressure to atmosphere if outlet pressure exceeds safe levels. This regulator is commonly used in residential gas meter sets, commercial gas distribution, and industrial applications where medium-pressure gas regulation is required.
