Product Details

These precision-engineered components are essential for proper fuel delivery and float bowl management in demanding performance environments.

Key Features:

  • 0.125-inch orifice diameter for approximately 25% more fuel flow than standard 0.110-inch units
  • Viton-tipped aluminum needle for superior sealing and durability
  • Adjustable design allows precise float level tuning
  • Supports fuel pressure up to 7-8 PSI at idle
  • Recommended for engines over 650 HP with single carburetors or marginal fuel systems
  • Compatible with Holley and Quick Fuel center-hung float carburetors
  • Each assembly includes AED's special reusable needle and seat gaskets

AED's high-flow needle and seat assemblies are engineered for serious performance applications where maximum fuel delivery is critical. The larger 0.125-inch orifice ensures adequate fuel supply for high-horsepower engines while the precision-machined Viton tip provides reliable sealing. Perfect for race teams, engine builders, and performance shops requiring consistent quality components in bulk quantities.

Recieved my order in good time, right parts and no damage. Overall very satisfied and will be doing business again in the future.

I would definitely recommend Autoplicity. I ordered Thule bike racks (THU-518), and the products arrived in 2 days in perfect condition. Plus the prices (along with free shipping) were the best on the web.

I can't believe how much money I saved buying from Autoplicity. I had been shopping the Bakflip for months and this price easily beat every other online store for the same exact item. My item shipped direct from the factory within days. I couldn't be happier.

Autoplicity had the best price for my Thule 867 roof rack cargo bag. It was easy to pay thru my Amazon accont and the order shipped within 24 hours of my placing the order.
