Wiseco SVK3408-E Sleeve and Piston Kit 34mm 2-Stroke

The Wiseco SVK3408-E is a complete sleeve and piston kit engineered for small-displacement 2-stroke powersports engines with an approximately 34mm bore. Combining a precision-machined cylinder sleeve with a matched forged piston assembly, this kit provides everything needed for a reliable top-end rebuild in a single package.

Kit Includes:

• Precision-machined replacement cylinder sleeve
• Forged aluminum piston
• Piston rings matched to the sleeve bore
• Wrist pin and circlips

Key Features:

• Forged construction — Wiseco pistons are forged from high-strength aluminum alloys for superior durability over OEM cast pistons
• Matched sleeve and piston — The sleeve and piston are engineered as a system to ensure optimal piston-to-wall clearance straight out of the box
• USA manufactured — Forged and machined at Wiseco's facility in Mentor, Ohio
• "E" oversize designation — Sized for engines requiring a standard oversize bore dimension per Wiseco's sizing convention
• Built to tight tolerances for quiet operation and extended service life

Wiseco SVK-series sleeve and piston kits are the preferred solution for top-end rebuilds, eliminating the need to source sleeve and piston components separately. The SVK3408-E is designed for 2-stroke engines and delivers consistent performance whether used in recreational or competitive applications.
