Product Details

The Wiseco 4764M08850 is a high-performance forged piston kit designed for Yamaha XT500, TT500, and SR500 single-cylinder engines. Featuring an 88.5mm bore diameter and a 9:1 compression ratio low-dome design, this kit is built for riders seeking reliable performance from a classic powerplant.

Wiseco pistons are forged from high-silicon aluminum alloy, delivering superior strength, heat resistance, and durability compared to cast alternatives. The precision forging process and optimized piston skirt geometry work together to maximize horsepower and torque output across the RPM range.

Kit Includes:

  • Forged aluminum piston (88.5mm bore)
  • Piston rings
  • Wrist pin
  • Circlips

Key Specifications:

  • Bore Diameter: 88.5mm
  • Compression Ratio: 9:1
  • Dome Style: Low Dome (3484XC)
  • Material: High-silicon forged aluminum alloy
  • Application: Yamaha XT500 / TT500 / SR500

Please Note: This is an oversize piston — cylinder boring or re-sleeving to 88.5mm is required before installation. Always verify bore size with a qualified machinist prior to ordering.
