Wiseco 40005M07450 Forged Piston Kit 74.50mm Bore 13.8:1 Compression Domed

The Wiseco 40005M07450 is a high-performance forged piston kit featuring a 74.50mm bore (1.50mm oversize) and an aggressive 13.8:1 compression ratio with a domed piston crown. Engineered specifically for the Suzuki GSX-R1000, this kit delivers the precision and durability demanded by performance street and track riders.

Wiseco's Classic Forged Series 4-stroke pistons are engineered, forged, and machined in the USA at their facility in Mentor, OH. Each piston is purpose-built to tight tolerances for its specific engine application, ensuring an optimal balance of power output and long-term reliability.

Key Features:

• Forged high-silicon aluminum alloy construction for superior strength and heat resistance
• 13.8:1 compression ratio with domed piston crown for maximum power output
• 74.50mm bore diameter — 1.50mm oversize requiring cylinder boring or sleeving
• Dedicated forging design optimizes the strength-to-weight ratio for improved performance
• Kit includes: piston, high-quality piston rings, wrist pin, and circlips
• Built to the tightest tolerances for each specific 4-stroke powersports engine application
• Proven at every level of riding from street performance to competitive track use

Important: This oversize piston requires professional cylinder boring or sleeving to the specified 74.50mm diameter prior to installation. Professional installation is strongly recommended.
