The S&S Cycle 1250cc Conversion Kit transforms 1986-2022 Harley-Davidson Sportster 883cc and 1200cc models to 1250cc displacement with 10.3:1 compression ratio. This complete big bore kit requires no machining or rebalancing, making it a straightforward bolt-in upgrade for enhanced performance and power.

  • Forged flat-top pistons with coated skirts, measurement window, and S&S logo
  • Larger-than-stock valve pockets accept up to 2.00-inch valves
  • 3-9/16 inch bore cylinders with silver powder coat finish
  • Multi-layer steel (MLS) head, base, and exhaust gaskets included
  • Complete kit includes pistons, rings, wristpins, cylinders, gaskets, assembly lube, and instructions
  • Made in the USA

Important Notes:

  • 883 models require XL1200 cylinder heads to achieve correct compression ratios
  • Not compatible with XR1200 models
  • Stock 883 cylinder heads cannot be used with this kit
  • For optimal performance, consider CNC head porting, performance cams, and exhaust/intake upgrades
