Product Details

The S&S Cycle 900-0217 is a pair of .030" thick Multi-Layer Steel (MLS) head gaskets designed as an optional upgrade for S&S 117" big bore cylinder kits on Harley-Davidson Twin Cam engines. These precision-engineered gaskets provide superior sealing performance in high-compression applications.

Key Features:

  • Multi-Layer Steel construction for enhanced durability and heat resistance
  • .030" compressed thickness for increased compression ratio
  • Engineered specifically for S&S 117" displacement big bore cylinder kits
  • Superior sealing capability compared to traditional composite gaskets
  • Designed for 2007-2017 Twin Cam applications when used with S&S big bore kits
  • Sold as a pair (two gaskets included)

MLS head gaskets feature multiple layers of stainless steel with embossed sealing beads that conform to cylinder head and deck surfaces, providing excellent resistance to the extreme pressures and temperatures found in performance engine builds. The .030" thickness makes these ideal for builders looking to optimize compression ratios in big bore applications.

Easy ordering Fast shipping Great experience

Good product and great price.

Thank you.

I probably just got lucky. I ordered a fuel filter for a sprinter. After I received and installed it I realized there are a couple different types. Thankfully TH Motorsports sent me the exact part I needed! That never happens to me.

Went very good . Simple

I had tried to cancel an order prior to shipment, but the product still shipped. I have shipped back my product and am waiting on a full refund. Assuming this process goes smoothly, I would rate the customer service 5 stars. My name is Andre Hotard.

Painless ordering, great price. Could use a little product distribution, however I knew what I am looking for.
