S&S Cycle 31-6078 HVHP Oil Pump Body Assembly Polished Billet

The S&S Cycle 31-6078 is a High Volume High Pressure (HVHP) oil pump body assembly designed for 1992-1999 Harley-Davidson Big Twin motorcycles. Precision-machined from polished billet aluminum, this pump body delivers superior lubrication performance over stock oil pumps.

Key Features:

• 38% More Oil Supply Volume: HVHP technology provides significantly increased oil flow compared to stock pumps
• Increased Oil Pressure: Enhanced pressure delivery over 1992 and later Harley-Davidson pumps for improved engine protection
• Premium Polished Billet Construction: Machined from high-quality billet aluminum with a polished finish for durability and aesthetics
• Advanced Gear Design: Features fewer but larger gear teeth that increase oil volume for both supply and return sides
• Enhanced Scavenging: Return gears are 28% wider than stock to ensure proper crankcase scavenging and reduced oil carryover
• Complete Assembly: Pump body comes as a complete unit, ready for installation

This is the pump body assembly component for S&S HVHP oil pump systems. The HVHP design reduces oil in the crankcase, minimizes oil carryover, and extends pump life. Requires specific HVHP gaskets which are not interchangeable with stock or standard S&S oil pump gaskets.

Note: This is the replacement pump body only. Complete HVHP oil pump kits with additional components are available separately. Professional installation recommended.
