Doug's Headers 66001 Seal-4-Good Collector Gasket 2.5 Inch

The Doug's Headers 66001 Seal-4-Good collector gaskets are constructed from "dead soft" aluminum and provide a superior seal to the competition's copper gaskets. This solid metal gasket creates an ultimate seal and will not blow-out or burn-out, making it an ideal solution for exhaust header collector connections that are prone to leaking.

Key Features:

• 2.500 inch inner diameter with 3-bolt pattern
• Malleable aluminum material conforms repeatedly to its port match design
• Reusable gasket includes all necessary hardware
• 3/8 inch bolt hole diameter with 3-7/16 inch bolt circle
• Dead soft aluminum construction for superior sealing capability

The Seal-4-Good design allows the gasket to conform to slight imperfections in mating surfaces, creating a leak-free seal even under extreme exhaust temperatures and pressures. Complete with nuts and bolts for easy installation, this gasket pair is perfect for both street and performance applications where reliable collector sealing is essential.
