Product Details

The USA Standard Gear ZTSR26081 is a precision-engineered outer blocker synchro ring designed for New Process NP261 and NP263 transfer cases. This critical synchronizer component ensures smooth, reliable gear engagement by matching rotational speeds between the input shaft and output components during shifting operations.

Key Features:

  • Direct replacement for worn or damaged synchro rings in NP261 and NP263 transfer cases
  • Precision-manufactured to OEM specifications for proper fit and function
  • Hardened construction for durability under high-stress drivetrain conditions
  • Restores smooth shifting and eliminates grinding or difficult engagement
  • Essential component for transfer case rebuilds and transmission service

This outer blocker ring is a critical wear item in transfer case maintenance. When synchro rings wear beyond specification, shifting becomes difficult and grinding noises may occur. Replacing this component during transfer case service helps ensure reliable four-wheel drive operation and extends the life of your drivetrain. USA Standard Gear provides quality replacement parts backed by their commitment to precision manufacturing and performance.

Checkout was smooth and the price was reasonable. If the delivery is as smooth as the checkout, I'll be buying another set for my wife soon.

No complaints.

Was good

great site will visit again!

Quick and easy check out. Had exactly what I needed for my 67 Chevelle

Great all around experience.

Great service from boatplicity, Fedex failed on the two day delivery. Actually took 6 days to arrive after yall did your job getting the product out the door. I know that is beyond your control and delivery of anything these days is low.

SO FAR SO GOOD
