USA Standard Gear ZTNP45545 NP263XHD Transfer Case Front Case Half

The USA Standard Gear ZTNP45545 is a replacement front case half designed specifically for the NP263XHD transfer case. This critical component is constructed from lightweight magnesium alloy to OEM specifications, providing the structural integrity and durability required for heavy-duty applications.

Key Features:

• Precision-cast magnesium construction matches OEM specifications
• Designed for NP263XHD electronically shifted transfer cases (2001-2007 GM applications)
• Includes pre-installed input bearing, front output bearing, and planetary ring gear
• Direct replacement for cracked or damaged front case halves
• Compatible with Chevrolet and GMC 2500HD and 3500HD trucks equipped with Allison transmission

The front case half carries the full weight of the transfer case at the front mounting studs and can be damaged by excessive driveline vibration from bent or damaged driveshafts or failing U-joints. This replacement component restores proper function and structural integrity to your transfer case assembly. The NP263XHD is the extra heavy-duty version built specifically for high-torque GM diesel applications with electronic push-button 4WD control.

Note: This front case half is designed exclusively for electronically shifted NP263XHD transfer cases and will not fit NP261XHD manual shift transfer cases or standard HD model transfer cases. When reassembling, use RTV silicone to properly seal the case halves and torque assembly bolts to the factory specification of 27 ft-lbs.
