Product Details

The USA Standard Gear ZTCHHV526 is a replacement transfer case chain designed for BW4419 (Borg Warner) transfer cases used in 2009-2011 Ford F-150 trucks. This high-quality chain is engineered to restore reliable power transfer between your transmission and front and rear axles when operating in 4WD mode.

Key Features:

  • 1.25-inch wide chain for optimal strength and durability
  • Direct replacement for BW4419 transfer cases (2009-2011 applications)
  • Also known as HV526 chain specification
  • Precision-manufactured to meet or exceed OEM specifications
  • Backed by 2-year warranty against manufacturer defects

Transfer case chains are critical components that distribute engine power from the transmission to both the front and rear drivetrains when 4WD is engaged. When the original chain becomes worn or stretched, it can cause noise, slippage, or complete transfer case failure. This USA Standard replacement chain provides a cost-effective solution for transfer case rebuilds and repairs, restoring proper 4WD function to your vehicle.
