The USA Standard Gear ZMSRTOY-14D is a replacement synchronizer blocker ring designed specifically for the 3rd and 4th gears in Toyota AX15 manual transmissions. This critical transmission component plays a vital role in ensuring smooth, grind-free gear changes by synchronizing the speed between gears during shifting.

Key Features:

• Direct replacement for worn or damaged 3rd and 4th gear synchro rings in Toyota AX15 transmissions
• Manufactured to OE specifications for proper fit and function
• Helps restore smooth shifting performance and eliminate grinding
• Quality construction designed for reliable, long-lasting performance
• Essential component for transmission rebuilds and repairs

Synchronizer rings are wear items that can become damaged over time, resulting in difficult or grinding shifts. When synchro ring teeth become worn or "dull," they lose their ability to properly match gear speeds during shifts. Replacing worn synchro rings restores proper transmission operation and shifting quality. This part is commonly used during AX15 transmission rebuilds or when addressing specific shifting issues in 3rd and 4th gears.
