What's Included:

  • Pinion seal to prevent gear oil leaks
  • Pinion nut for secure pinion gear retention
  • Crush sleeve or solid spacer for proper pinion bearing preload
  • Gear marking compound for pattern verification
  • Gasket or RTV sealant for differential cover

Mini installation kits are designed for experienced installers who are replacing ring and pinion gears and can reuse existing bearings in good condition. These kits contain the wear items and consumables that must be replaced during installation, without the added expense of bearings included in master overhaul kits.
