The USA Standard Gear ZMBWT18-12 is a precision-engineered manual transmission reverse and low sleeve designed specifically for Borg-Warner T18 4-speed transmissions. This 40-tooth synchronizer sleeve is a critical component that enables smooth engagement of reverse and first gear (low) in T18 transmissions commonly found in Ford trucks, Jeep CJ models, and International Harvester vehicles.

Key Features:

• 40-tooth gear configuration for proper engagement with T18 transmission components
• Functions as both reverse gear sleeve and low (1st gear) sleeve assembly
• Manufactured to OEM specifications for precise fit and reliable operation
• Direct replacement part for worn or damaged T18 reverse/low sleeves
• Compatible with T18 transmissions used in Ford, Jeep, and International Harvester applications

The T18 transmission is a heavy-duty 4-speed manual transmission known for its durability and extremely low first gear ratio, making it popular for off-road and towing applications. This sleeve works in conjunction with the shift forks and synchronizer assembly to control gear engagement. USA Standard Gear manufactures high-quality transmission components designed to meet or exceed original equipment standards, providing reliable performance for transmission rebuilds and repairs.
