The USA Standard Gear ZMAX83506260 is a precision-manufactured 5th Gear Cluster Snap Ring designed for the AX5 5-speed manual transmission. Measuring 2.86 mm in thickness, this snap ring seats securely in the cluster gear groove to retain 5th gear positioning during operation, preventing gear walk-out and maintaining proper gear engagement.

Snap rings in the AX5 transmission are critical retaining components used during rebuilds and overhauls. Selecting the correct thickness is essential — AX5 cluster snap rings are available in multiple thickness specifications to achieve the proper end-play tolerance during assembly.
