Easy process

Ordered a boat seat cooler. The picture in the description appeared larger than the actual size. I could tell as soon as I received it that it wasn't going to be the size I needed. I contacted them to ask if I could return it and they responded quickly with approval for a return even though I noticed on my receipt that it wasn't an item that you could return. Overjoyed they worked with me on this!

The ability to be able to track the package was not very good. No kind of order feedback available other than speaking with customer service.
