The USA Standard Gear ZGK020 is a comprehensive master installation kit designed for re-gearing Dana 60 front axles with standard rotation and GM 14 bolt truck (14T) rear axles from 1988 and earlier. This complete kit provides all the necessary components for a professional differential installation when upgrading to 4.88 ratio gears or performing bearing replacement.

Kit Includes:

• Pinion bearings and races for both front and rear differential assemblies
• Carrier bearings and races
• Pinion seals to prevent fluid leakage
• Complete shim kits for proper gear spacing and preload adjustment
• Pinion nuts and crush sleeves or solid spacers
• Gear marking compound for pattern verification
• Thread locking compound for secure fastener installation

Applications:

• Dana 60 front axle (standard rotation configuration)
• GM 14 bolt truck rear axle (1988 and older models)

This master kit eliminates the need to source individual components separately and ensures all bearings and seals are replaced during gear installation. USA Standard Gear kits are engineered to meet or exceed OEM specifications, providing reliable performance for street, towing, and off-road applications. Professional installation and proper setup procedures are required for optimal gear mesh and longevity.
