USA Standard Gear ZA W24170 4340 Chromoly Front Axle Kit for Jeep JK Dana 30

The USA Standard Gear ZA W24170 is a heavy-duty chromoly axle kit engineered specifically for 2007-2018 Jeep Wrangler JK non-Rubicon models equipped with Dana 30 front axles. This performance upgrade replaces weaker factory axle shafts with precision-machined 4340 chromoly steel shafts that deliver superior strength and durability for off-road applications.

Key Features:

• 4340 chromoly steel construction offers significantly higher tensile strength than OEM axles
• Includes 1350 series u-joints (Spicer 7166) for increased torque capacity and reliability
• Complete kit includes both passenger and driver side axle shafts
• Precision heat-treated for optimal strength-to-weight ratio
• Direct bolt-in replacement requiring no modifications
• Designed to handle larger tires and increased ground clearance

This axle kit is ideal for Jeep JK owners running larger-than-stock tires or engaging in moderate to aggressive off-road driving. The upgraded 1350 u-joints provide a substantial improvement over factory 1310 joints, reducing the risk of breakage during rock crawling, trail running, or high-angle articulation. USA Standard Gear manufactures these axles to OEM specifications with enhanced materials, ensuring proper fit and long-term reliability.
