Zumbrota Drivetrain RMTM12C-1 Remanufactured Manual Transmission Assembly - 6-Speed

The Zumbrota Drivetrain RMTM12C-1 is a remanufactured 6-speed manual transmission built for the 2001–2004 GM Corvette, including LS6 and Z06 applications. This direct-fit replacement is remanufactured to meet or exceed original OEM specifications, restoring precise shifting performance and long-term drivetrain reliability.

Rigorous 3-Step Quality Inspection Process:

• Pre-Inspection: Every core is thoroughly examined for case cracks, excessive wear, and OEM-specific defects before the remanufacturing process begins
• In-Process Inspection: All internal components are measured and verified to confirm they meet OEM specifications during the rebuild
• Final Post-Build Inspection: Each completed unit is reviewed against Zumbrota's strict quality standards before it leaves the facility

Advanced Cleaning & Testing:

• Internal and external components treated with an exclusive hydro-blast rinse and sandblasting procedure
• 100% inspection of internal components including gear wear checks, mainshaft straightness tests, and synchronizer evaluations
• Dynamometer tested to simulate real-world driving scenarios, verifying smooth operation, shiftability, and acceptable noise levels
• Shipped in high-density plastic totes to prevent in-transit damage
