Carli Suspension CS-BRCA-21 Rear Fabricated Control Arms for 2021-2023 Ford Bronco

The Carli Suspension CS-BRCA-21 Rear Fabricated Control Arms are engineered for serious off-road performance with a robust 3/16-inch steel clam-shell construction reinforced by 1/4-inch internal X-bracing that runs the full length of each arm. Full-length internal gussets tie the internal structure to the external, with even the joint housings integrated into the internal structure, creating an exceptionally robust set of control arms. Designed specifically for the demanding terrain these arms will encounter, the fabricated steel construction was chosen over billet aluminum due to the proximity to the ground and likelihood of impact from below and the sides.

Key Features:

• Serviceable and rebuildable 17-4 stainless steel spherical bearings with vibration damping races
• Rear axle position corrected by shifting it rearward approximately 3/8-inch to perfectly center the tire at full compression for optimal tire clearance
• Greasable and rebuildable design for extended service life
• 3/16-inch clam-shell construction with full-length internal gussets
• 1/4-inch internal X-bracing creates one unbreakable monolithic structure
• Superior ride quality compared to factory control arms

These heavy-duty rear control arms are designed for 2021-2023 Ford Bronco 4x4 models and deliver the strength and durability needed for aggressive off-road use while maintaining excellent on-road ride characteristics. The integrated internal bracing and professional fabrication ensure these arms can handle extreme terrain without failure.
