EBC VR526 Vee-Rotor Fully Floating Motorcycle Brake Rotor

The EBC VR526 Vee-Rotor is a high-performance fully floating motorcycle brake rotor designed specifically for US-built machines. This premium British-made rotor combines advanced engineering with quality materials to deliver superior braking performance and reliability.

Key Features:

• Fully floating design allows unrestricted thermal expansion for consistent performance
• SD-System square-sided drive button system eliminates rotor warping and extends service life
• Heat-treated stainless steel construction tempered to optimum hardness
• Diamond ground braking surface finished to less than 2 microns for smooth, vibration-free operation
• Lightest weight rotor profile in the Vee-Rotor range
• German mill-rolled precision stainless steel construction
• Black hub finish as standard
• British made with UK quality control standards

EBC's proprietary heat treatment process ensures the rotor is neither under-hardened (which causes premature wear) nor over-hardened (which can lead to cracking). The fully floating design with square-sided buttons allows the rotor to expand inwards and outwards unrestrained, ensuring perfect functionality at any speed or load while maximizing durability. Each rotor is sold individually and manufactured in EBC's UK facility using advanced machining technology.
