EBC MD893 Stainless Steel Solid Brake Disc Rotor

The EBC MD893 is a premium one-piece solid brake rotor designed for motorcycles, featuring a contoured profile for reduced weight and improved aesthetics while delivering durable, consistent braking performance. Made in the UK with German mill rolled stainless steel, this disc is heat treated and tempered for exceptional wear resistance without the risk of cracking, resulting in extended wear life.

Key Features:

• Engineered as a direct OE replacement rotor for motorcycles originally equipped with fixed, one-piece disc designs
• Double disc diamond ground for a remarkably smooth and flat finish
• Ensures absolute perfect parallelism and enables fast bed-in of brakes
• Precision-machined and heat-treated for structural integrity with excellent resistance to wear, corrosion, and distortion under normal riding conditions
• Special stainless steel blend provides higher friction effect than normal heat-treated stainless steel, boasting up to 10% improvement in friction effect

The single-piece construction provides a strong, rigid braking surface suited to standard road applications. EBC brakes are manufactured in one of its two specialist factories in the UK and USA, with the majority of EBC brake discs made in the UK. This MD Series rotor delivers reliable stopping power for everyday motorcycle use while maintaining EBC's high standards for quality and performance.
