EBC MD6401D Brake Rotor 220mm Solid Disc for MX/Enduro/ATV

The EBC MD6401D is a solid 220mm brake disc manufactured in Britain using heat-treated and tempered DB420 stainless steel, designed as a direct OE replacement for motorcycles, ATVs, and off-road applications. This solid, plain disc features a 220mm diameter and is engineered to deliver dependable braking performance in demanding MX, enduro, and ATV environments.

Key Features:

• 100% British-made construction using heat-treated and tempered DB420 stainless steel
• Diamond ground to a finish smooth to less than 2 microns for optimal pad contact and fast bed-in
• 220mm disc diameter with solid (non-floating) design
• Precision-machined and heat-treated for structural integrity
• Excellent resistance to wear, corrosion, and distortion under normal riding conditions
• Direct bolt-on replacement designed to match original equipment specifications

The heat treatment and surface grinding processes create a rotor that can easily stand up to braking heat while resisting warpage, making it ideal for the brutal demands of off-road racing and recreational riding. The smooth diamond-ground finish ensures consistent braking performance and extends pad life.
