EBC MD528C Polished Stainless Steel Floating Brake Rotor for Harley-Davidson

The EBC MD528C is a premium polished stainless steel floating brake rotor designed specifically for Harley-Davidson motorcycles. This contoured-profile replacement rotor combines superior materials with advanced engineering to deliver enhanced braking performance and durability over OEM rotors.

Key Features:

• Polished stainless steel construction with diamond-ground finish for precise surface parallelism
• Floating rotor design reduces heat distortion and minimizes the risk of rotor warping
• Contoured profile optimizes brake pad contact and improves brake modulation
• Heat-treated German mill-rolled stainless steel for optimal hardness and longevity
• Direct bolt-on replacement for OEM rotors - no modifications required
• EBC's patented SD System square drive rivet hardware allows rotor expansion and contraction
• Eliminates brake vibration and extends rotor life

EBC rotors are manufactured in the UK using precision engineering and quality control standards that exceed OEM specifications. The MD528C features a carefully engineered hardness level that prevents premature wear while avoiding the brittleness that can cause cracking. The polished stainless steel finish provides both corrosion resistance and an attractive appearance that complements custom and touring motorcycles. This floating rotor design allows the outer ring to expand and contract independently during heavy braking, reducing stress and preventing the warping common with solid rotors.
