EBC MD4166X X Series Brake Rotor Disc with SD Square Drive System

The EBC MD4166X X Series brake rotor represents precision British engineering at its finest. Each disc is hand-built by trained technicians using German mill-rolled stainless steel rotor blades mounted to lightweight aluminum alloy center hubs. The patented SD (Square Drive) button technology securely locks the rotor blades to the hub, preventing the loosening and vibration common with traditional circular rivets or buttons.

Key Features:

• Hand-built and individually inspected to exacting tolerances for guaranteed quality
• Diamond cross-ground rotor surface provides ultra-smooth, flat finish for rapid pad bed-in
• Patented square drive button system resists loosening under extreme braking conditions
• Lightweight aluminum hub reduces unsprung weight while maintaining structural strength
• Premium German stainless steel construction resists warping and corrosion
• Full-circle rotor profile delivers consistent braking performance
• 100% inspected for accuracy and runout before shipping

Engineered as a technical improvement over OEM rotors, the MD4166X combines race-proven technology with exceptional fit and finish. New brake pads must be installed with new rotors for optimal performance and proper bedding. Each rotor is manufactured in the UK to ISO quality standards.
