Product Details

The EBC MD1199X is a British-made X-Series floating brake rotor featuring a billet alloy center hub attached to precision-ground stainless steel rotor blades using EBC's patented SD-System (Square Drive) technology. This full-circle profile rotor is designed as a direct OEM replacement for Honda, Suzuki, and Yamaha sport bikes.

Key Features:

  • Ultra-light six-button construction with stainless steel rotor blades
  • SD-System square-sided buttons allow the rotor to expand inwards and outwards unrestrained for perfect functionality at any speed or load
  • Square drive buttons resist loosening and prevent vibration common with circular rivets
  • Diamond cross-ground rotor blades with heat-treated and tempered steel construction
  • Hand-built by trained engineers and 100% inspected for accuracy
  • True fully floating design offering more inside-to-outside float tolerance than conventional rotors

These units are riveted together and offer infinite service life with the SD square drive button system. Sold individually. If your bike is equipped with ABS, the original ABS ring can be transferred to this rotor using the supplied threaded holes and hardware.
