EBC MD1166RS Motorcycle Brake Rotor Round Solid Disc

The EBC MD1166RS is a premium one-piece, solid motorcycle brake rotor designed as a direct OE replacement for motorcycles originally equipped with fixed disc designs. Manufactured from high-quality heat-treated stainless steel, this rotor delivers durable, consistent braking performance for everyday road use.

Key Features:

• Diamond ground, German mill rolled stainless steel construction
• Precision-machined and heat-treated for structural integrity
• Excellent resistance to wear, corrosion, and distortion under normal riding conditions
• Single-piece construction provides a strong, rigid braking surface
• Strict manufacturing controls ensure consistent thickness and run-out tolerances
• Made in one of EBC's two specialist factories in the UK and USA

EBC rotors use a special stainless blend with higher friction effect than normal heat-treated stainless steel found on stock discs, boasting up to 10% improvement in friction effect. EBC rotors are engineered to reduce vibration and weight while lasting longer than OEM components. The MD series represents EBC's commitment to providing reliable, high-quality replacement brake components for motorcycles worldwide.
